Mitchell Adam is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing and future-focused, multi-site Distribution business, to find their next Management Accountant. If you are a part-qualified/Finalist accountant who is ready to make a real impact and take a big step towards a Finance Manager role, this could be the perfect move. This role is a dynamic mix of commercial and operational exposure. You will work closely with an experienced Finance Manager, taking ownership of month-end processes, reporting, forecasting and detailed analysis that drives key business decisions. From rolling cashflow forecasts to balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, you will see the full picture and share your insights directly with senior leadership. This role is all about growth, both for the business and for you. As you develop your skills, you will have a clear pathway to Finance Manager.
Skills Needed
- Actively studying ACCA, CIMA or finalist level.
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and across departments.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large datasets) and a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in a month end accounting position where you have put together the pack unsupervised.
