Our client is seeking a part or newly qualified Management Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate posting of bank transactions and preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Assist in financial close processes for UK businesses.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting (Corporation Tax, VAT).
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Support intercompany processes and VAT-related tasks.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and identify risks.
- Post journal entries and perform account analyses.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of treasury systems.
- Experience in international/public company environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and build relationships.
