An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a growing, forward-thinking SME based in Milton Keynes. As the business continues to grow and evolve, this position offers a clear route to progression.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow forecasting
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and assisting with year-end audit preparation
- Working with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting
What we're looking for:
- AAT qualified as a minimum, and actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in a similar finance role (Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant level)
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- An ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive finance team
- Someone seeking a long-term move with a view to progression
