Administrator Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, collaborating closely with our finance team, and ensuring that all accounting tasks are completed efficiently with a focus on Purchase Ledger tasks.


Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile closed projects.
  • Manage sales invoice reconciliation.
  • Record sales invoices in Gross Profit accounts.
  • Update purchase ledger records in Gross Profit accounts.
  • File purchase ledger documents.
  • Provide purchase ledger support as needed.
  • Reconcile corporate card and cash expenses.


Administrator Key Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with SAGE, Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Experience working in a Finance/General Administration Role


Finance Assistant Benefits:

  • Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday
