We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Committee & Tribunals Officer to join a world famous professional membership organisation. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to support the effective operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities of CTO:

  • Coordinate and schedule disciplinary tribunal hearings and committee meetings
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal panels and committee members
  • Draft and prepare agendas, case documents, minutes, and correspondence
  • Liaise with legal professionals, panel members, and internal teams to ensure smooth hearing processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks, policies, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records and case tracking databases
  • Previous experience in legal administration or within a legal/regulatory setting is essential
