EAC are representing a fast-growing Organisation in Milton Keynes who are on the lookout for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join it's small but dynamic based team. The company partners with a large-scale, high-end manufacturing facility overseas and prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences.This is a key position supporting the business's continued growth, where the ideal candidate will play a vital role in upholding the company's reputation for professional and premium-level service.

On Offer for Internal Sales Coordinator:

  • Salary £28,000 - £30,000
  • Company Annual Bonus
  • 25 days annual leave plus bonus
  • Opportunity to take an extra 5 days annual leave (salary sacrifice)
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 1 day working from home (once succesful probation has passed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming customer communications (via phone, email, and online channels)

  • Process and manage sales orders from entry to delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Handle customer queries related to orders, acting as the face of the business

  • Oversee and coordinate the order supply chain

  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team through accurate data entry and administrative tasks

  • Manage swatch processes including requests, stock levels, dispatch, and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Monitor and assist with stock control

  • Support cross-functional teams as needed and contribute to departmental needs through cross-training

  • Take ownership of customer service processes from initiation to resolution or appropriate handover

  • Show a willingness to learn and offer support across departments

About You:

  • Must have experience Processing Orders
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or internal coordination role

  • Highly conscientious, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
