My client is an established, independent university and career advisors, offering expert support to students, families and schools around the world. They are seeking an experienced part time Administrator on a temporary contract for 3-6 months, but this could open a permanent opportunity for the right person. 

Working remote.  

Working hours Monday to Friday - 4.5 hours per day - flexible working hours.

Hourly pay rate £13.00

You will be conscientious and meticulous and enjoys administrative work. An excellent communicator who works well independently and in a dynamic team. Someone who is happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business.2.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in administrative roles.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role. 
  • Competent using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems. 
  • Experience of working in a legal or financial firm would be an advantage.
