We are seeking a dedicated SEN Administrator to support our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinators (SENDCOs). This role is crucial in facilitating the smooth operation of our SEND department by assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the SENDCOs in arranging and preparing for annual reviews.
  • Responsible for scanning and filing important paperwork efficiently.
  • Maintain and update SEND information accurately and timely.
  • Generate reports and handle communications to cover staff absences.
  • Ensure all administrative support is conducted in line with our school’s standards and educational compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with SEND procedures and legal requirements is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in using office software and educational platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
