Job Description:
We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a GP Surgery in Milton Keynes. This role focuses on working for the Minor Illness Clinic and delivering high-quality care. The practice is currently redesigning its processes, offering a flexible working environment and opportunities for you to have your input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minor Illness Clinic, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations, telephone triage, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with GPs and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
- Prescribe medications and manage your own caseload efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with NMC registration and a prescribing qualification (V300).
- Experience in managing minor illnesses and injuries in a primary care setting.
- Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
