Junior 3D Designer (POS)

Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Junior 3D Designer to join a growing design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in Point of Sale (POS) design to develop their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.  You’ll work on a wide range of projects, bringing ideas to life through innovative and visually compelling 3D designs. Whilst industry experience is preferred, they could consider a graduate 3D Designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and potential.

The company has a wide range of clients across many trading channels, with particular emphasis on the human and pet health and pharmaceutical markets. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and will be offered comprehensive training in Cinema 4D.  This role is ideal for a conscientious, creative, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to grow within an outstanding agency.  You will be expected to take a brief from the project managers or sales manager, consider the application, brand, retail environment and create 3D in-store visuals that answer the brief, while considering the most cost-effective materials and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in 3D Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of industry experience (or a strong graduate portfolio).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficiency in 3D design software (such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A passion for POS and retail design.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday in-office, Friday remote (WFH).
