A growing engineering consultancy in Milton Keynes is seeking a CDM Consultant to support a portfolio of national infrastructure and commercial projects. This consultancy offers a blend of technical design and safety services, encouraging professional growth and training.
The CDM Consultant will engage with clients across pre-construction and design phases, ensuring health and safety is properly planned and maintained through each stage. This opportunity will come with a clear line into a Senior position.
The CDM Consultant's role
The appointed CDM Consultant will:
- Deliver Principal Designer duties in line with CDM 2015
- Work with engineering and surveying teams on safety integration
- Provide H&S documentation and carry out inspections
- Support tender and bid submissions with safety input
- Contribute to internal CPD and training sessions
The CDM Consultant
- Minimum 3 years' CDM consultancy experience (essential)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- TechIOSH or equivalent (essential)
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (essential)

- 45,000 - 52,000 base salary
