Industrious recruitment are currently recruiting for a manufacturing site in Milton Keynes within a growing business, developing a range of skills initially as a Production Operator. As process skills are mastered, the hourly pay and oppotunityincrease.
Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm, next week 2pm to 10pm - Rotational
Key Responsibilities
Production Operator
- Learning to operate manufacturing machinery that includes manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Being an active member of a small team striving to hit daily/weekly KPI targets.
- Ensuring that the products meet our high-quality standards.
- Ensuring your working environment is safe, clean, and tidy.
- Following company health and safety procedures.
