About the Role
Industrious is recruiting for Machine Operators to join a busy production facility in MK17 that specialises in the manufacture of kegs. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery, supporting the wider team to maintain high standards of quality and output.
Key Responsibilities

Operating machinery safely and efficiently

Monitoring production processes and carrying out quality checks

Identifying and reporting any equipment faults or issues

Assisting with machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance

Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
Requirements

Previous experience in a machine operator or production role (preferred, but not essential)

Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Strong awareness of health and safety practices

Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early and late)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
