We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes, for a Quality Focal Point to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take ownership of site compliance and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure site compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards
- Manage and respond to customer quality-related queries
- Coordinate site raw material requirements and availability
- Oversee product failure investigations and implement corrective actions
- Produce detailed reports and data analysis
- Liaise with internal departments regarding stock and quality-related issues
- Manage the site calibration system
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to uphold quality standards
- Perform testing of products and materials to ensure specification compliance
- Identify training and development needs within the quality team
- Support new product development initiatives and product applications
- Maintain and monitor QC equipment, ensuring timely repairs or replacements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven background in Quality Assurance
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (essential)
- Internal Auditor qualification for IATF 16949 (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
