- Analyse proprietary and public datasets to produce tailored reports for clients
- Support the creation of semi-automated reporting tools and dashboards
- Blend housing market trends with customer insight to deliver commercially valuable analysis
- Work closely with the Head of Consultancy on bespoke client briefs and strategic reviews
- Collaborate with the wider research team to ensure consistency and depth across outputs
- Help present findings internally and externally, enabling clients to understand market dynamics and opportunities
- What we’re looking for:
- A demonstrable interest in the housing market or data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with experience analysing complex datasets. Experience using database and analysis tools is desirable (e.g. SQL, MS Power BI, Fabric)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly and persuasively
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to tailor analysis to different client needs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A degree in economics, maths, science, politics, or similar is preferred
