We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the next chapter of our business. This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to be at the heart of operations, strategy, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Office Team – Oversee a capable team, providing support, structure, and a strong culture.
  • Client Relationship Management – Own and nurture relationships with our commercial clients — keeping the 40% happy and supporting the 60% that drive our revenue.
  • Driving Commercial Strategy – Use financial data and insight to influence decision-making, maintain a strong pipeline, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Marketing & Business Development – Manage email campaigns, social media activity, and attend networking events to build awareness and new relationships.
  • Supporting Business Operations – Lead daily office activities and contribute to larger strategic projects such as sourcing and evaluating new office space.
  • Financial Insight – Turn data into meaningful insights to support strategic decisions. Bookkeeping experience is a bonus but not essential.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is customer focused and has experience of working with tradespeople
  • Understands what high-net-worth clients expect - and delivers it
  • Is commercially minded and data-savvy - capable of identifying issues and providing costed, actionable solutions
  • Can handle complaints professionally and credibly
  • Brings energy to business development, including lead generation and relationship building
  • Is confident with marketing tools, social media, and campaign planning
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable leading initiatives independently
