Facilities/Maintenance Assistant Required Milton Keynes - Part time 30 hours per week

They are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of the office, supporting their team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with events, and handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks. This role is varied and dynamic, perfect for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Housekeeping:
- Maintain the cleanliness of offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Clean windows, floors, and other surfaces.
- Ensure tea/coffee stations are stocked with clean cups, milk, and soft drinks. Event Support:
- Assist with setting up and clearing meeting rooms for events.
- Arrange furniture and ensure rooms are organised and tidy. General Support:
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors.
- Handle mail and package distribution. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Monitor and restock supplies, such as toilet essentials and office equipment.
- Assist with various administrative duties as required.
