Are you a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer looking to join a company that genuinely values its team, delivers top quality work, and takes pride in customer care?
We represent a well-established, family-run business with over 15 years of success, and we're looking to grow their team to help them continue delivering outstanding service in and around Milton Keynes. What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on boilers and heating systems
- Carrying out boiler services and gas safety inspections
- Undertaking reactive and remedial works after service visits
- Using our job management system to streamline communication and customer updates
- Working safely and respectfully in customers' homes, always protecting their property and wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified in Plumbing and Gas
- Experience with cookers, gas fires, and unvented cylinders (G3) is ideal — but we'll support training if needed
- Bonus if you've worked in commercial environments or held team leadership roles
- Someone who's passionate about high-quality workmanship and working to regulation standards
- A customer-focused, friendly professional who takes pride in doing things right
- A reliable team player with a full UK driving licence
What You'll Get:
- Competitive salary - £35,000 - £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience
- Fully employed PAYE role (not subcontractor)
- Monday-Friday hours (8am-5pm) with optional overtime
