They're scaling fast across multiple channels and looking for talented people to join their exciting growth journey.We're looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager in Milton Keynes to join their ambitious team and drive sales growth across key digital channels in the UK and US markets. TWhat you'll do:
  • Take ownership of day-to-day Shopify and Amazon store operations, optimising performance and customer experience
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising to maximise visibility and sales
  • Implement SEO best practices and site improvements to improve organic reach and enhance customer journey
  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, increase basket sizes, and boost customer lifetime value
  • Develop and execute upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Design and run A/B tests to continuously improve site performance and user experience
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
  • Oversee outsourced peer-to-peer (P2P) programs, ensuring strong performance and brand alignment
What we're looking for:
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores
  • Strong data-driven approach to eCommerce optimisation
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and UX best practices
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across teams
