Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Milton Keynes (on-site)
Salary: Up to 50k
I'm working with a well-established UK manufacturer that's investing in its first in-house Marketing Manager.
This is a rare opportunity to join a successful and growing business where marketing is about to play a central, strategic role. The company is looking for someone with the experience and confidence to lead, build, and deliver a marketing function from the ground up.
They're not looking for someone to follow a playbook - they're looking for someone to write it.
The Role
As the first in-house marketer, you'll take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution. This includes campaign planning, content, digital, and CRM - as well as working with external partners to deliver results.
You'll also be mentoring a Content Creator, so leadership and collaboration will be key.
Key focus areas:
- Build and lead the marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals
- Manage the full marketing lifecycle, including digital and inbound campaigns
- Use HubSpot to manage workflows, CRM, automation and reporting
- Guide content development and lead generation activity
- Manage SEO/PPC/Web Design and overall branding
- Track and report on campaign performance to influence future plans
What We're Looking For
This role needs someone strategic, hands-on, and commercially minded - ideally with experience in B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
You should be comfortable operating independently, advising leadership, and shaping the function around best practice.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading and delivering B2B marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of HubSpot (Marketing Hub & CRM)
- Experience managing external suppliers and performance metrics
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
- Data-led, results-focused approach
- Confident working in a technical, product-focused environment
