- To build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, by providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- To generate new Leads, and promote sales through various methods, including online marketing, networking, and direct outreach.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company
- Possess a thorough understanding of the company’s Window, Door & Conservatory products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and payment options with trade customers, and close sales effectively
- Provide technical support to trade customers, assisting with product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Track sales performance, analyse data, and provide reports to management.
- You must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of trade customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers.
- Have experience in sales techniques, including lead generations, prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
- Must have a solid understanding of the Window, Door & Conservatory products
- Able to identify and resolve problems effectively with trade customers.
- Good time management skills, able to manage time effectively and prioritise daily tasks.
- Full responsibility of managing the trade counter and products.
