A client of mine, who are business group, are now seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join one of their property arms, delivering a range of instructions, primarily on residential and insurance based pieces, from their Milton Keynes offices.

This is an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking for a role that adopts autonomy and allows you to grow into a niche sector, becoming an expert in your field.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work with a variety of clients directly, across central and north London and you'll deliver construction projects on residential properties and insurance pieces up to large values.

Person specification

This role will suit a Chartered Building Surveyor who either has insurance based experience, or who is keen to find a niche that they can specialise in and benefit from unlimited progression.

  • MRICS qualified (Ideally)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, delivering all aspects of surveying services
  • Client facing
  • Strong report writing skills
