Coating/Rewinding Machine Operator (Shift Work) in Milton Keynes
Responsibilities:
- Operating coating and rewinding machines to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
- Performing regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
- Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of coating and rewinding processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality output.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

- Shift Work - 6am - 2pm | 2pm - 10pm
