About the Role - business development managerAs a business development manager, you'll focus on identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with both levy and non-levy employers. Your goal? To promote and position a suite of high-quality apprenticeship programmes that meet the evolving needs of today's industries.

You will:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets

  • Collaborate on business planning and account management strategies

  • Use your sector knowledge to identify new market opportunities

  • Work with marketing to engage targeted employer groups

  • Accurately report progress and maintain CRM records

  • Champion exceptional service delivery through internal collaboration

  • Provide employers and learners with accurate Information, Advice, and Guidance

  • Match employers and learners to appropriate apprenticeship solutions
