Are you passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the automotive industry? Our luxury motor industry client is looking for a confident and consultative Lead Generation Retail Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 12-month temporary basis.

The Role

As a Retail Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for both current and prospective customers, engaging with them via multiple sales channels—including Outbound Telephony and LiveChat. Your goal? To influence and qualify customer interest into high-quality leads for our network—while maintaining full compliance with FCA regulatory guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with a consultative approach, ensuring adherence to FCA and GDPR regulations.
  • Convert 15% of Outbound Telephony customer contacts into network leads by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Achieve a 25% lead conversion rate through LiveChat by identifying suitable vehicles in our Online Showroom.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and financial offerings.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong sense of integrity and commitment to working within FCA guidelines.
  • Experience in a regulated sales environment (automotive preferred).
  • The drive to meet and exceed lead conversion targets.
  • Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data handling in compliance with GDPR.
  • Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
