This is an office based role at our Castlethorpe office.
The role will include but is not limited to the following:
You will be reacting to sales enquires via email, website and telephone.
Following up leads, quoting, speaking with suppliers regarding price and lead times.
Loading sales orders, acknowledging orders, progressing orders and keeping the customer informed of any issues/ delays, shipping to customers delivery requests.
Emailing invoices via sage.
Maintaining customer relationships
Analysing reports regarding customers annual spend trends, keeping in contact with customers with a drop in sales
Keeping an up to date record of customers credit limits.
Informing customers of supplier price increases and end of life component notices.
