Specification Sales Representative sought by the windows division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover their Midlands & South East region.The Role:As Specification Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
  • Selling the company’s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments
  • Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors
  • Generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations
  • Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to defend specifications
  • Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professional
The successful Specification Sales Representative should demonstrate:
  • A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope sectors
  • Track record of specification sales
  • Project led
  • Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building
  • A confident presentation performer
  • Ability to interact with and draw upon a wide range of supporting services
