Whether you're entry-level with an interest in engineering or highly experienced, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a supportive, well-established company.About the Role: You will be setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and customer specifications.Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
Read and work from technical and engineering drawings
Perform routine quality checks on finished components
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Support continuous improvement and production efficiency

What We’re Looking For: We welcome applicants at all stages of their career:Entry-Level Candidates:

A genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing (ideally completed a college course)
A willingness to learn and develop CNC machining skills
A technical qualification or hands-on workshop experience is a plus
Committed to learning and upskilling

Experienced CNC Machinists:

Proven experience setting and operating CNC machines
Experience with Hurco machines is highly desirable
Familiarity with Hypermill CAM software would be a strong advantage
Ability to work independently and produce to tight tolerances
