- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
- Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
- Read and work from technical and engineering drawings
- Perform routine quality checks on finished components
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support continuous improvement and production efficiency
- A genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing (ideally completed a college course)
- A willingness to learn and develop CNC machining skills
- A technical qualification or hands-on workshop experience is a plus
- Committed to learning and upskilling
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC machines
- Experience with Hurco machines is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Hypermill CAM software would be a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and produce to tight tolerances
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Team player with a proactive attitude
