We're looking for an experienced Earthworks Agent to lead and deliver all earthworks activities on a major infrastructure project, for a Highways and Construction contractor.
You'll be responsible for managing all earthworks activities on site, leading teams, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, design, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
路Manage and lead earthworks teams on site
路Plan, coordinate, and deliver all earthworks works to programme
路Interface with Agents and Sub-Agents delivering drainage, fencing, UTX and associated works
路Work closely with the Works Manager, senior Gangers, and planning team
路Manage client expectations and site coordination
路Develop methodologies, sequencing, WPPs, RAMS, and Temporary Works Design Briefs
路Ensure compliance with permanent and temporary works designs and specifications
路Manage QA processes including ITPs, TQs, NCRs, PMAFs, as-builts, and handover packs
路Review material reconciliations and manage free-issue materials
路Support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager as required
About You
路Strong background in earthworks delivery on major civil/infrastructure projects
路Confident leader with excellent coordination and communication skills
路Detail-focused, proactive, and delivery-driven
