Teamforce Labourare urgently seeking experienced Crane Controllers for upcoming rail works in Milton Keynes.

As a Crane Controller, you will be responsible for the safe operation and coordination of lifting activities on site. Duties include ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards, delivering safety briefings, communicating with machine operators and site staff, and overseeing all lifting operations within your area of control.

Requirements:
  • Valid Crane Controller competency (Sentinel card)
  • PTS (Personal Track Safety) with up-to-date D&A and medical
  • Demonstrable experience working as a Crane Controller in railway environments
  • Knowledge of lifting plans, safety protocols, and on-site coordination
  • Full orange PPE (rail-compliant)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Must be reliable and available for immediate start
