A Customer Experience Designer is required for a temporary assignment to enhance the customer journey in a not for profit organisation located in Milton Keynes . The role demands a creative individual with a passion for user experience and customer service.

Our client is a large organisation operating in the not for profit sector, with a strong reputation for its commitment to improving lives. They are dedicated to their mission of service and are known for their positive impact across the UK. Due to internal projects they are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Designer on an initial 6 month temp basis to start asap, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working.

Description

  • Creating and implementing innovative strategies to improve the customer experience.
  • Conducting user research to understand customer needs and behaviours.
  • Collaborating with the customer service department to improve customer interactions.
  • Designing user-friendly interfaces and touchpoints for customers.
  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Analysing feedback data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining customer experience policies and procedures.
  • Training staff on customer experience best practices.

Profile

A successful Customer Experience Designer should have:

  • Experience within Customer Experience or Project Management
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of user experience design and customer service principles.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to travel to Milton Keynes 1-3 times per week
