We are expanding,  and now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor in the Windows, Doors & Conservatory Industry.  We are looking for an individual who will provide comprehensive support to customers, from initial inquiries to post-installation issues. This includes answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and installation process.  Key Responsibilities: Answering Enquiries: Addressing customer queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information about windows, doors, and related products and services.  Resolving Complaints: Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality, installation, or service issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.  Post-Installation Support: Addressing any issues or concerns customers may have after installation, providing follow-up assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Teamwork: Collaborating with sales, installation, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.  Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and service requests.  Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to customers. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations, listen patiently, and resolve issues effectively.  Product Knowledge: Understanding of window, door & conservatory products, installation processes, and relevant technical details.  Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, find creative solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organization and Record-Keeping:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records. 
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members to provide a positive customer experience. 
 
  • Acts as a point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate information, timely support, and a positive overall experience.
