As we continue to expand, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in contributing to a collaborative and busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for reseller enquiries via phone
  • Process orders received through formal channels and the website
  • Handle sample requests and verify payment details with orders
  • Take credit card payments over the phone (where applicable)
  • Check all orders for accuracy and completeness before production
  • Manage internal and overseas shipping logistics
  • Produce both Pro-forma and standard invoices
