What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal colleagues—responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Your responsibilities will include:• Responding efficiently and professionally to incoming calls, emails, live chats, and written correspondence• Investigating and resolving queries related to financial products and services• Performing contract administration and account updates within agreed timeframes• Logging customer interactions accurately on internal systems• Providing settlement figures and managing general account enquiries• Supporting new process improvements and system implementations to elevate the customer experience• Ensuring all actions comply with relevant regulations, including FCA, DPA, anti-bribery, money laundering, and competition law
What You Bring:We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You should have:• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (preferred)• Previous customer service experience—preferably within the finance industry• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong administrative and time-management capabilities• A proactive, problem-solving approach and willingness to take ownership• The ability to remain calm under pressure while meeting service level targets• A desire to learn and adapt in a compliance-driven environment
Compliance & Development:You will be required to maintain relevant accreditations (e.g., FCA, DPA, SAF, ECCD, Code of Conduct) and act with due care and skill in the best interests of customers, in line with company and regulatory expectations.
