Your experience
You have solid admin and customer service experience, ideally in a sales support, sales administration, order processing or customer account role. You know how to handle inbound enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and keep customers updated in a way that feels helpful and confident.
If you have worked in print, signage, large format, graphic production, branded displays or anything closely related, that would be a huge advantage. It means you will already understand the pace, the terminology, and the importance of accuracy.
You are comfortable using systems and spreadsheets and you pick up new tools quickly. You write clearly, you speak professionally, and you enjoy being the steady hand behind the scenes.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will be right at the heart of the sales process, making sure inbound leads are handled quickly and professionally. Your day to day will include:
- Responding to inbound enquiries by email and phone
- Gathering the right details from customers so quotes are accurate and timely
- Producing and sending quotes, then following up to move enquiries forward
- Supporting the sales team with admin, organisation and customer updates
- Keeping records up to date in the system, including enquiries, quotes and orders
- Liaising with production to confirm specifications, timings and feasibility
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the full enquiry to order journey
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and likes being depended on. You will be trusted to manage your own workload, spot what needs doing next, and help turn enquiries into confirmed orders.
