One of our clients in Milton Keynes is looking for a senior professional, this could be extended or become perm. Lovely company to work for, 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

  • Call management.
  • Scheduling engineers.
  • Liaising with third parties.
  • Managing escalations
  • Managing queries and complaints.
  • Processing orders.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Offering basic technical advice to resolve issues.
