We are recruiting for an Service Coordinator to join the team of our client who are based in Milton Keynes. The role is part of the Aftersales team, and your primary function will be to process reports for the field based inspectors.Key responsibilities for a Service Coordinator
- Taking inbound email quotes
- Follow up on inspection quotes sent to customer
- Logging reports and moderate risk on the internal system
- Process invoices for all inspections throughout the month
Experience and skills for an Service Coordinator
- Confident on the phone
- Experience in Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and an ERP system
- A natural multi-tasker
- Is trustworthy and takes responsibility for managing deadlines
- Able to learn quickly
