Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

Please note:

  • Monday can be offered as remote working after passing probation
  • Tuesday to Friday will be Office Based

General Purpose of the Role

To coordinate and optimize all current marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on digital content strategy, keyword research, social media, email campaigns, and performance-driven tactics including webinars, landing pages, PPC, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate activities with the external marketing agency on a daily basis

  • Develop and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns

  • Track, analyze, and report on ROI across all marketing channels

  • Liaise with the external PR agency to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals

  • Lead the planning and execution of video marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with vendors to plan joint marketing campaigns, including securing MDF/co-op funding

  • Manage copywriters for the creation of new website and campaign content

  • Conduct regular reviews of the website and provide recommendations on design, layout, and UX improvements

  • Organize and manage company presence at trade shows and industry events

  • Plan and execute customer-facing events to strengthen relationships and build brand loyalty

  • Oversee marketing activities for new vendor partnerships, ensuring a smooth onboarding and promotional launch

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing manager, or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy

  • Experience managing third-party agencies, vendors, and creative freelancers

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic understanding of design and UX best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience planning and managing events, webinars, and trade shows

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and consistency

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

  • Knowledge of B2B technology or vendor-partner marketing is a plus
