This role is ideal for those with an interest in behaviour support, dysregulation, and trauma-informed practices, and who are ready to make a meaningful difference—one relationship at a time.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Help manage challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency
  • Build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma
  • Support the class team in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

What You Need to Know:

  • Full-day shifts only: 08:30 – 16:30
  • Work available Monday to Friday, term time only
