The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £55,000, depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to be part of a dynamic, agile, and cross-functional Scrum team. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to help shape and deliver technology solutions. This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in the office in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine business needs using interviews, surveys, and workshops. Translate these into actionable technology deliverables.
Act as the key liaison for technology requirements within the supported business area. Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
Assist in grooming the product backlog—ensuring it is well-structured, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with Software Engineers during sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Provide ongoing clarification of requirements and assist in resolving blockers.
Define test scenarios, coordinate with end users, and lead UAT sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Actively participate in and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.

Experience Required:

Experience in the Conveyancing or Legal industry is essential.
Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst in fast-paced software delivery environments.
Strong background in delivering successful technology initiatives in customer-centric industries.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Software, and Confluence.
