The position is for a qualified Electrician in Domestic Maintenance based in Milton Keynes, offering a basic salary of £40,000 with potential earnings of £45,000 to £50,000 OTE.
Candidates must have at least 18th edition qualifications and ideally a level 3 or equivalent, along with a clean or nearly clean driving license.
The job involves working on social housing locations in MK, Peterborough, and Slough, with driving required but efforts made to keep electricians in one area each day.
Electricians will work 40 hours per week from 8 AM to 5 PM, with benefits including 22 days of annual leave increasing to 25 days, a birthday day off, and a fully supplied van and fuel card.

Due to the nature of the contract and where their properties are located, there will be some driving involved, but every effort is made to keep the electrician in one area each day. Suitable candidates must be competent with domestic electrical repairs and have excellent customer service skills. There are also opportunities for training and development.Suitable Electricians must hold 18th edition, and ideally a level 3 or equivalent. Electricians will need a clean or nearly clean driving licence and due to the nature of the work will be subject to a DBS check.

Hours 8AM to 5PM
Basic Salary 40k, typical earnings over 45k
Working on reactive Day 2 Day team from a PDA Device
22 days Annual leave increasing to 1 day each year until 25 Days
Birthday Day off after 1 year
