Their expert-led sustainability team champions holistic, practical, and environmentally conscious solutions across all project stages.

  • A well-established consultancy with over 40 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, sprinkler design, and building services for diverse sectors including industrial, logistics, commercial, residential, and more.

  • Recently integrated into a dynamic consultancy group, emphasising sustainable building solutions in industrial and logistics spaces.

  • Committed to long-term environmental responsibility, climate-conscious design approaches, community engagement, and ethical governance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead sustainability initiatives throughout project lifecycles-from early-stage energy strategies to post-construction assessments.

  • Prepare and manage:

    • Building Regulation Part L (BRUKL) and EPC/SAP computations

    • Overheating / thermal comfort modelling per CIBSE guidance

    • BREEAM assessments, pre- and post-certification

  • Utilise tools such as LLC (Limiting Carbon Compliance or equivalent), OneClick LCA, and thermal modelling software.

  • Collaborate closely with the business development team, supporting technical delivery while enabling senior sustainability leads to focus on strategic direction.

  • Drive technically robust, resource-efficient deliverables that align with client ESG goals and design intent.
