An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented Reward Specialist in the Transport & Distribution sector based in Milton Keynes. The position focuses on providing reward and benefits services, within the Human Resources department, in a supportive and professional work environment.

Due to an internal promotion they are currently looking to recruit for a Reward Specialist to join them on a 12 month FTC. Candidates must have experience with HR with a keen interest in developing their experience within Reward, as well as competent using Excel for analysis/ reporting.
Description
- Administering and managing employee reward and benefits programmes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to reward and benefits.
- Carrying out compensation surveys and analysing data to develop competitive reward strategies.
- Working closely with HR and finance departments on payroll-related matters.
- Assisting with the design and implementation of incentive schemes.
- Providing guidance to management on reward and benefits policies.
- Participating in the annual salary review process.
- Coordinating with external vendors for employee benefit programmes.
Profile
A successful Reward Specialist should have:
- A solid understanding of reward systems and benefits programmes.
- The ability to analyse data and use it to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Live locally to Milton Keynes
