- Provide expert guidance on ER policy interpretation and application.
- Lead the development, review, and harmonisation of ER policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies reflect current legislation and best practice.
- Maintain and manage ER information repositories and knowledge bases.
- Support change initiatives with policy impact assessments and documentation.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure policy alignment.
- Deliver training and guidance on policy updates and ER processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent policy application across the organisation.
- Manage ER casework for a designated area of the business, providing second-line support.
- Contribute to key projects and initiatives across the People Team, supporting the ER Delivery Lead in driving outcomes and improvements.
- Actively participate in the True Agile team, flexing to business needs and helping the team operate smarter.
- Significant ER experience; policy development and implementation
- Strong written communication; attention to detail; ability to simplify complex information
- Knowledge of employment law and ER policy frameworks
- An Analytical mindset; collaborative; proactive in identifying policy gaps
