Job Title: Sustainability Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and consultancy services on sustainability and environmental impact assessments.
- Manage and execute sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as BREEAM In-Use, ISO 14001, LEED, WELL, and Fitwel.
- Conduct Carbon Accounting and ESG reporting for various projects.
- Perform Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) for clients.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies for clients.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals and certifications.
- Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and legislation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sustainability consultancy with a focus on BREEAM In-Use, ISO 14001, LEED, WELL, and Fitwel assessments.
- Strong knowledge of Carbon Accounting, ESG, LCA, and WLCA.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
