Estate Team Member (must be able to drive)

JOB TITLE:Estates Team Member Maintenance
RESPONSIBLE T0: Estates Manager
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
TERMS Full time- 40 hours per week
RATE 12.21 -12.36per hour depending on experience
Key Areas of Responsibility
- To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required.
- To liaise with contractors on site.
- To regularly check and maintain all interior lighting replacing bulbs and lamps as required.
- To complete all tasks on the maintenance job sheets and complete within a timely fashion.
- To obtain Purchase Orders for any purchases from a nominated supplier
- To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required.
- To redecorate where necessary to keep the interiors bright and fresh.
- To maintain in clean and serviceable condition all mechanical and manual equipment provided for the maintenance of the units.
- To maintain and regularly empty any waste compactor and prepare waste bins for collection.
- The right candidate is required to be part of the oncall rota to provide out of hours maintenance.

Skills and Experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full DBS required.
- Full UK Driving license required.
- To be aware of the requirements of all relevant legislation
