Production Operative

Location: Milton Keynes

Pay Rate: From £14.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotational Shifts (6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across a variety of departments including warehouse, production processes, and packaging.
  • Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Operating semi-automatic and automatic machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
  • Supporting packaging and labelling processes.
  • Using basic software systems as part of production operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a production or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Calm and professional approach under pressure.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to high standards.
