Production Operative
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: From £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotational Shifts (6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working across a variety of departments including warehouse, production processes, and packaging.
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Operating semi-automatic and automatic machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Supporting packaging and labelling processes.
- Using basic software systems as part of production operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a production or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Calm and professional approach under pressure.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to high standards.
