We are actively recruiting for a Production Operative to work for a company based in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. Our client are one of the market leaders in their sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking additional team members to join their warehouse & production team on a temp to perm basis.

Working Hours:

  • Early Shift: 6am – 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am-1pm Friday
  • Late Shift: 2pm – 12am Monday to Wednesday, 2pm to 11pm Thursday and no Fridays
  • The shifts alternate on the first Monday of each month so monthly.

Please note, this is a temp to perm role, therefore, candidates MUST be willing to accept a temporary position, and be able to start asap. All applicants MUST have previous production based experience.

Duties:

  • Operating machines, including a CNC machinery.
  • Handling various equipment and tools.
  • Supporting with lamination work, and profiling.
  • Completing quality control checks.
  • Picking and packing products ready for dispatch.
  • Working to targets and deadlines, in line with customers expectations.

Skills Required:

  • Previous machine operation experience - Essential.
  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts.
  • Experienced in using hand-tools - Essential.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes- Desirable.
  • Strong work ethic, with a solid career history.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  • Ability to work full-time hours.
