Synergy Plus Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established international manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Production Operative, you will be trained across various departments and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production processes. Full training is provided, and progression is encouraged.
Key responsibilities include:

Operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery in a safe and controlled manner

Performing visual and quality checks on items throughout the process

Assisting with preparation, processing, finishing, and packaging

Following all safety and housekeeping standards

Using basic software where necessary for process tracking
We are looking for a Production Operative who:

Has previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred)

Shows strong attention to detail and accuracy

Is reliable, self-motivated, and keen to learn

Works well under pressure and as part of a team

Communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors
